Ultimate Environments was founded in Denver, Colorado and has been serving the Florida commercial and residential communities as a state certified general contractor since 2005.
Specializing in turn-key commercial build-outs and residential renovation projects in addition to partnering with Architects and Interior Designers on design/build projects, Ultimate Environments has consistently exceeded the expectations of its clients as the contractor of choice with an impeccable record of on-budget and on-time performance.
Ultimate Environments has successfully completed the build-out of over half a million square feet of retail sales floor and office space for the retail, building owner, and asset manager communities. Ultimate Environments’ residential experience includes a diverse portfolio encompassing multiple units for large tract developments, to smaller additions and renovations for local homeowners.

David Habeck
Current owner and president
David Habeck, the current owner and president formed Ultimate Environments in early 2005. With the goal of establishing UE as one of South Florida’s leading general contractors, he sharpened the strategic focus on and between: Residential Remodels and Commercial and Retail Build-outs. Habeck’s relentless focus on customer communication and operating efficiency are the guiding principals of the company’s business philosophy today.
Prior to forming Ultimate Environments, Habeck spent eight years in Denver, Colorado, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science in 1998 and a Juris Doctor degree in 2002 from the University of Denver. With a legal mind for detail and organization, Habeck insures that every Ultimate Environments project meets the most rigorous specifications.
